You'll need a DTP account to publish, and can use the same credentials from your Amazon.com account, or create a new account using Account Creation.

Once you're ready to begin, log in to your DTP account at http://dtp.amazon.com/ and click the Add a new title button.

Then, complete the fields for Step 1 (Your Book) and Step 2 (Rights & Pricing) and you'll be ready to publish.

Steps 1 and 2 are split into four categories

• Entering Product Details.
• Uploading and Previewing Book Content. Please upload the MOBI format ebook created by us here.
• Confirming Publishing Rights. Specify if you wish to use DRM or not.
• Entering Pricing and Royalty Information. Enter pricing details and ensure you understand the two types of pricing they have in place. More details on both are provided on the same page.

When you have completed all of the required information, click "Save and publish" to submit your book to the Kindle Store!

Usually it takes about 24-48 hours for your book to be available for purchase online (2-3 business days for non-English books). If you already have a physical book for sale on Amazon.com, please review Linking your Kindle Edition to Print Editions.
